The “Schiacciapatate” is a wall lamp inspired by the kitchen tool “schiacciapatate” (in English: a potato muster) and flying kites. The light source is hidden behind a reversible metallic cage, fully mechanical so you can shape the projection of the light on the wall in 2 different ways. A grid system on each side of the lamp allows the light to come through and create an hourglass shape of light on the wall. This lamp is developed in collaboration with Danish architect Rasmus Baes.
