OLDER is a Danish/Italian design company specialised in sustainable uniforms that expand the architectural spaces in which they are worn. The studio is founded by Letizia Caramia and Morten Thuesen in 2013. The duo met whilst working at Alexander McQueen in London. Today clients include many of the world’s leading architecture, design and gastronomy institutions.

All OLDER pieces are designed by merging innovation and functionality with a responsible and sustainable production and supply chain. All materials are woven and sourced in Italy, with all pieces being manufactured in Europe.

OLDER has a multidisciplinary practice and works in between genres: from organic uniforms that salutes body inclusivity to widely acclaimed furniture pieces: the so-called furniform - furniture/uniform.

The devotion to revolutionise the concept of uniforms have found resonance inside the walls of major Italian and international institutions and OLDER pieces are today part of the permanent collection at the MAXXI Museum of Architecture & Design in Rome, the ADI Design Museum, Hong Kong Design Institute & The Italian Pavilion For Shanghai Expo 2010. In addition the duo has done lectures about design & uniforms as architectural extension in Triennale di Milano & Politecnico di Milano.
