MEMORY CURTAINS screen prints, 2025
The exhibition MEMORY CURTAINS consisted of a series of eight large scale screen prints framed in monolithic wood-crates, that traditionally are used for transportation of art pieces.
The pieces were displayed alongside various static light installations, designed to allow light to pass through them. Positioned as architectural installations within the space, they naturally divide the room and provide 360-degree accessibility for viewers. The motifs displayed are analogue photos taken by Morten Thuesen over the past decade and digitalised onto screens, exhibited for the first time.
